Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots to choose from, including eggs made to order and Moroccan specialties. Everything we tried tasted fresh and good. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely, peaceful view over the pool. The whole Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace felt calm and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and consistently looked after us well. We had a very enjoyable stay, and it seems like a great choice for a visit to Fes.

The lavish breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay. The service team shared their affection for Morocco and its food with such enthusiasm, and hearing what they loved made the meal special. When we told them about things we liked, they were delighted, and the exchange felt like a circle of affection and blessings. We came here after a 3-day drive from Marrakesh through Dades Valley to the Erb Chebbi desert, ready for familiar comforts. This is a beautiful, large resort outside the Medina, with grand meeting rooms and common areas, 4 restaurants (French, Spanish, Moroccan) plus the Breakfast room, a pool bar, and a lobby bar. Several have outdoor dining, and most venues serve beer, wine, and liquor. The big pool sits among mature gardens. The hotel was built in 1989 with traditional craftsmanship and completely renovated in 2016. It is clearly Fes's top hotel, hosting important dignitaries, guests, and conventions. It feels like an oasis from the ancient Medina in Morocco's oldest city. The Medina is approximately 2-3 miles away, an easy cab ride but too far to walk, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Youssef made a lasting impression on me at the beautiful Marriott Jnane Fes Palace. He knew the hotel and city well, and gave useful recommendations and guidance with confidence. Whenever I had a request, he was attentive and efficient, even when it was a small one. His polite, respectful manner made each interaction easy, while his friendliness felt sincere and helped me feel at home. From greeting me with a warm smile when I arrived to offering help right away, he showed how much he cares about guests. His positive attitude and dedication made my stay unforgettable. The hotel is already elegant and comfortable, but Youssef's service raised the experience further and reflects a high standard of hospitality. I'm grateful to him, and would recommend Marriott Jnane Fes Palace to anyone visiting Fes.

Padel and the other activities gave the stay a nice bit of variety, and there was a good range of food to choose from. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well cared for. The hotel has recently been renovated, so it feels fresh and modern while still being calm and relaxing. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it in Fes, whether you're travelling for business or leisure.
