Hotel Nouzha

The room was basic, and there wasn't a hairdryer. Cold air and outside noise came through because the window wouldn't shut all the way.

The location worked well, close to the CTM bus terminus, and breakfast was fair. But during our one-night family stay, someone, maybe a staff member, knocked at midnight and opened our door. That felt pretty uncomfortable. The receptionist also refused when I asked for another room card.

The restaurant food wasn't great, just a small point. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the reception staff were more than wonderful. It's a wonderful hotel.

The staff welcomed us, but that couldn't make up for the stay. There was no hot water or proper heating, and the air heater was broken and outdated. The room felt cold and exposed, with noise from next door and even the cars outside, so it was hard to sleep. The view wasn't nice either, and the place was expensive. The TV was tiny and didn't work, and the remote had a broken battery in it. They gave us just one blanket, then another, both too small. Honestly, it was ridiculous and embarrassing. From outside it looked nice, but inside it felt like being outdoors again. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It might look nice, but it was a real nightmare.
