The location made getting around the medina much easier, and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and as beautiful as the riad. Chef Rahma’s food was splendid. What made the stay especially memorable was the team’s kindness and the way they worked together to make us feel at home. My father and I will always be grateful to Asmae Rahma Ikram Khadija and Brahim. We’ll definitely return and happily become regulars.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable, so we slept really well. Everything was beautiful and very clean, and the people were welcoming and helpful. The terrace had such a relaxed, peaceful feel. Thanks for taking such good care of us and for the lovely space. See you next time.

The rooms were gorgeous, with lovely details everywhere, from the floor tiles to the bathroom mirror. The decor brought together luxury and local tradition so well. More than that, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. It may be one of the best guest experiences I’ve had. I’ll come back when I visit Fes again.

The Riad was fine, but skip the laundry service. They charged us 220DH for one wash, billing every single item separately in a way that felt like a rip-off.

I booked through Booking and didn’t receive the room I’d paid for. The staff were kind, but acted as if they didn’t know about the issue. I pointed out the price difference, yet they wouldn’t refund even that amount. I hate giving one star, but that’s how this experience felt.
