We had a great stay. The rooms are beautiful, and the location works well for both the Medina and the new city. The staff were super friendly, the contact was very efficient, and breakfast was amazing, with enough for everyone and freshly baked treats. After we booked two rooms through booking, the owners contacted us right away on whatsapp to offer a paid airport transfer. We paid the amount shown on booking in cash, and apparently you can get a good price for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. It’s a nice place with traditional accommodation and a great host. Good value for the price. I’d recommend it!

We found it easy to reach by rental car, and there are guarded parking lots nearby. The location in Fez is ideal, and our medium-sized room had comfortable beds. It did get somewhat cold, though, and the riad’s structure sometimes made it very noisy. Breakfast was acceptable, but we had better at other riads during our time in Morocco.

The host made an excellent breakfast, and the riad is very close to the Medina with convenient local transport nearby. The rooms felt dark, overly decorated, and inconvenient. Communication can be difficult if you don’t speak Arabic or French.

Really bad experience. Before booking, I called to ask whether parking was available. They told me to book directly with them, quoting €55 for two days. I said Booking showed €35, so I’d reserve there instead. They immediately offered €50 through them and said they’d block the reservation on Booking otherwise, so I couldn’t book it. Right after that, the online price went up and all their other rooms were blocked too. Shame!
