Staff kept pushing us to book a city tour with them and wouldn’t stop asking, which was very uncomfortable. The lady who made breakfast was nice, but the breakfast itself wasn’t special. The location was quite far from the centre, and without a shower curtain it was hard not to flood the bathroom. For 50€ a night, I expected more effort. The owner tries to claim it’s not like this, but plenty of booking reviews prove my point ;)

The place was calm and about 20 minutes from the center, which is good if you want to rest. We enjoyed the experience overall and were grateful for the room upgrade. The Riad was good, and the upgraded room was nice. I wouldn’t recommend taking a private tour with them. Things were fine at first, but at the end of the trip the driver tried to explain tipping in an arrogant way. My friend and I tried to say that it works differently in our country, but he raised his voice somehow and wouldn’t let us explain. Afterward the atmosphere felt strange, and I no longer felt comfortable.

The place and rooms are beautiful, and my room was cosy, cute, and comfortable during my week at the Riad. The bathroom also needs maintenance. Breakfast is served at 9am, so if you want it earlier, tell the manager and staff that you’ll be up early and would like coffee or tea. I gave the room 3 stars because I had to remove the television from the wall to charge my phone. The socket behind the bed was practically coming out, which could be a safety issue. The manager says he’s the owner, but he isn’t. He kept messaging me privately because I was traveling alone. Apart from that, everything was good. My local friends said the area isn’t safe and to be careful if going out in the evening.

The hosts, the bed, and the food are all reasons I’d return. Everyone was genuinely interested in making us feel welcome, and I was treated like a king. I had an awesome stay. Adventure riders can leave their bikes outside without worry, it felt safe.
