The room was lovely and the breakfast was adequate. Inside, the riad has amazing decor, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful with every question or request. Finding it can be tricky. Don’t take up offers of help from locals, even if they insist they’re only helping, as they may end up demanding a lot of money. If you’re driving, park at Bab jdid, where 24 hours costs 40 MAD. Then walk along Boulevard Ben Mohommad El Alaoui to Yalla Yalla restaurant, using Google Maps, and follow Maps from there to the riad. For a first visit, this route is probably your easiest way through the Medina. Have fun!

Dinner here was a highlight of my time in fez, probably one of the best meals I had. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the friendly staff gave us very good service. It was a quiet evening with a relaxed vibe, and the prices weren’t high.

The room was beautiful, and the location was great, though it was hard to find, as places in the old town often are. There was a problem with the hot water, but the staff fixed it right away. They went above and beyond during my stay, even packing breakfast for me when I had an early checkout. A great experience. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Taha was really helpful, booking trains for us and walking with us to the taxi. It’s a lovely old riad that’s been revamped, and breakfast was lovely too. I’d recommend the place, but not the city tour they arranged for us. It mostly took tourists to an overpriced restaurant and left us with salespeople in leather, argan, and metal shops, which wasn’t what we’d asked for.

This is my second stay here, and I’m happy to recommend it. The location is amazing, the rooms are super clean, and the staff are always helpful. The service is wonderful.
