The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view. I also appreciated the excellent housekeeping and the little touches that made the stay nicer. The location is perfect. Breakfast wasn't bad, but there wasn't much choice. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting fnidaq city, and I look forward to coming back.

Parking can be a bit tricky to find. Rates also climb during the busy season around the Mediterranean. Still, this is a straightforward, clean hotel right by the Sebta border, with small, simple rooms and a nice large ground-floor terrace overlooking Sebta. It works well for a business trip in the area or a budget family stay.

The air conditioning was out for the four days I stayed, and we had no towels at first. After asking many times, they eventually gave us a fan, though it took some effort, and brought towels. Bees kept interrupting breakfast.

For anyone arriving in Morocco, this is a great first stop. The team helped us find car insurance and even offered to come along to the insurance office. They were really friendly and speak English, German, and French. Such helpful service.
