Breakfast was in a very cold room, and water was leaking through its ceiling. The service also felt inattentive, like the staff didn’t care. We came with the whole family in December after a summer stay that had been okay, but this visit was a complete disappointment. The heating stopped working overnight while it was snowing outside, with heavy wind and temperatures at -3ºC. There were no clean towels when I asked, though the broken water heater meant only cold water came from the shower anyway. The rooms looked unfinished, with concrete, paint, and clay stains everywhere. The old windows let the wind in all night. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Avoid it if you can.

Khawla and Wafa were the best part of our stay. Their kindness made us feel at home. The location is lovely for resting and being close to nature, but the bathroom needs updating and the cockroaches need to be dealt with. I hope the hotel reads reviews and works on making the experience better for guests.

The food is expensive and there isn’t much variety, and you’re not allowed to bring in outside food. Service is completely lacking. The pool is tiny, dirty, and poorly maintained.

This place is a gem, even in the offseason. The staff were attentive and really nice, breakfast was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable with hot showers. It looked like they were doing a lot of upgrades for the winter season. Be sure to spend some time at this amazing French Alps Lodge in Morocco!
