The staff made a strong impression with their hospitality and professionalism, and it felt like a real reflection of Moroccan warmth. Mohsin welcomed us, Ali, Rachid, Mustafa, and Ghizlan were attentive during the stay, and Hanan was kind when we left. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had the spacious balcony shown in the pictures. The hotel was well maintained and quiet during our visit, perhaps because of the season. Some resort facilities weren’t operating, but we still had a relaxing time. The spa was enjoyable, especially the hammam and massage. We ate well throughout the stay. Both restaurants were nice, particularly the seafood and grill spot. Breakfast had a good range, and the tea was very good. It was a comfortable, well run hotel, and I’d recommend it.

It’s a very expensive hotel, and the air quality was awful, with trash all around. The staff weren’t great either. They spoke rudely and yelled at me. When I ordered food from a restaurant, I wasn’t allowed to bring it to my room. They threw it away, and I got no refund. No comment.

During my stay of several weeks, they threw away food I’d ordered without refunding me, then blacklisted me from their hotels. That’s quite an experience 🙌🏻

The slides were such a rush, and the food was delicious. The staff were sweet and funny too. I enjoyed it so much that I came twice this summer! I’d recommend giving it a try at least once. I’ll definitely be back next summer, inshalah. Bravo to the team for the great management and organization.

We visited the water park separately from the resort, and had a great time. It’s very good, possibly the best one near Rabat. I’m giving it four stars because the wave pool was open but had no waves, and two of the big slides were closed, apparently for a while. Some ride stairs also needed a proper clean. They were a bit dirty, and a few had bird droppings that looked like they’d been there for some time.
