I came with a group tour and was very disappointed. My room faced the main road, so it was noisy, and I struggled to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work, and I woke up sweating. The shower head was missing, and the room wasn’t clean. The hotel is run down. I told reception repeatedly about the cooling problem, but got excuses. Eventually they said the system was broken and nothing could be done. They didn’t offer to move me, and when I asked, the receptionist hung up. Nobody came to help, and even my agent couldn’t reach them. Breakfast and dinner were horrible, and I skipped the included lunch. This gave my trip a very bad start, though the other hotels fortunately made up for it. Definitely not four star, not even three. Not recommended.

The hotel felt a little dated, but it was very clean, and I kept seeing cleaners around. Breakfast was nice, if limited, with fresh crepes, eggs and omelettes, pastries, fruit, coffee machines, fresh fruit juices and Moroccan dishes. The souks and restaurants were gorgeous, and only a 10 minute taxi ride away. I’d recommend going out to eat rather than choosing all inclusive, though that’s down to preference. We were 14 women, and nobody had any problems with their room or the service.

The food and drinks had plenty of variety, and everything was very hygienic. The staff were friendly and did all they could to make us feel welcome and looked after. I’d happily visit again.

It was clean when we stayed, but quite basic, so I wouldn’t call it a four-star hotel. It’s very large, and if you’re all inclusive, you may wait a long time for a drink or have to walk quite a way. Some of the kitchen staff were amazing with our little boy, who has additional needs. Kamal and Maurad were especially helpful. Thank you, gents.

The breakfast was limited and disappointing, and the decor and furnishings felt very dated. There’s no tea or coffee-making setup in the rooms, and no in-room dining menu. Using the heated pool or jacuzzi also costs extra. I’d put this at two to three stars at best.
