The rooms were reasonably clean, but the service made the stay miserable. We had to ask for basics like toilet paper, and the staff came across as rude whenever I needed something. On a very hot day, I asked how to turn on the AC and was told someone would come. Hours passed while staff sat chatting; when I followed up, they seemed surprised and asked if anyone had come. Getting an iron was also a problem because, apparently, the whole hotel shares just one. I felt like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest, and the price made that especially disappointing. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're hoping to feel welcome.

The location was decent, with a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself was awful. The corridor smelled bad, there were stains under the toilet and in the bathtub, and the lobby toilets had no lights. The doors were very old and didn't feel secure. They didn't provide even a little water, so you have to buy bottles. We booked through love holidays after being told it was five stars, and felt we'd been misled. Of all the hotels we visited, this was the worst. I wouldn't recommend it, and the stay was a struggle.

We turned up at 11 pm without a reservation, and the staff were fantastic. The place was very clean and the cost seemed fair for what we got. We stayed two nights and will probably come back when we're in Marrakesh again.

The rooms were clean, though dated, and some of the furniture looked ready to fall apart. The Wi-Fi was still terrible even though the hotel was practically empty. Turning on the AC brought out a really bad smell, so we were better off leaving it off. It wasn't a terrible stay, but I don't see how this is rated five stars. At that price, you'd expect much more.

The location was the only real highlight: there are cute breakfast cafes across the road and a small mall nearby for anything you need. The rooms felt run down, and the service wasn't good. We asked for a hair dryer or iron at least six times over two days, and items would be taken out of the room when we went out. After five nights, I wasn't impressed.
