On our second night, we came back with cash to avoid another problem. The restaurant was almost empty, but the waiter, Mohommod, aggressively refused to let us sit inside because we were “only ordering tea,” and made us sit outside instead. He charged 50 dirhams in cash. When we asked for a bill or receipt, he refused, saying it was a “small order.” Taking cash and refusing a receipt felt highly suspicious and was completely unacceptable. The first night, after serving us tea, he wouldn’t take a card and demanded cash. He initially wanted euros or dollars instead of the local currency. When we explained we had no cash, he got angry and rude, and said it was our problem to find money late at night. He kept us waiting for about 15 minutes under stress, then eventually accepted a card payment while behaving disrespectfully and pressuring us about tips. He was rude, aggressive, intimidating, and extremely unprofessional. We felt stressed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable the whole time. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel restaurant. Avoid it. We’ll never return, and other guests should be careful.

The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely authentic Moroccan style. Staff are very friendly, and the location in Marrakech is great. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just west of the centre, not too far from there or the airport. The rooms were nice and clean. There’s no pool, though there is an eating and drinking lounge area and some outdoor space. I went upstairs to the dining area for breakfast, which was nice and had a proper coffee machine. Reception also helped me print my boarding pass. Pretty good on the whole.

We were three, but got a room with only two tiny beds, and when the hotel couldn't sort out the room problem, they sent us to an apartment instead. It felt really disrespectful. The rooms were cramped and dirty, the breakfast was extremely basic, and the staff were very rude. This place is below average and feels like a rat hole. It doesn't even provide the basics you'd expect for spending the night. Don't waste your money, time, or energy here. I really don't recommend it, and it should be closed.
