Honestly, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The rooms were dirty and only got cleaned if you specifically asked. Breakfast was awful, with pastries that tasted cheap and juice that was mostly water and sugar. The staff were unprofessional, and their appearance and behavior didn't feel appropriate for a hospitality setting.

For an overpriced, rundown place, the service was bad. Breakfast was 5dhs and all carbs, just bread and stale croissants, with no vegetables, eggs, or any kind of protein. They had a nice big espresso machine but wouldn't use it, even when I offered to pay for a good coffee. There were only 5 guests, but they refused to extend checkout by an extra 30 minutes. I couldn't find a wifi code anywhere.

The front desk lady was very nice, but the rest of the service was awful and painfully slow. We had to be ready to wait half an hour for everything. They charged us for items that were included on the menu, which had been changed and paid for. The bathroom, walls, and floor were dirty, and the pool was black with dirt. At breakfast they gave us a small piece of bread; when we asked for more, they wouldn't give us any. I go to Marroc at least twice a year, and this was the worst place I've been.

The two girls at reception were very nice and helpful. I got the impression they had to handle everything. The room was less than one star, and I wouldn't stay here again.

RIDA was so disrespectful. I came to Morocco with my husband, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law. My husband and I are both American and wanted to share a room. RIDA refused because we didn't have our marriage certificate, even after I showed my New York ID and American passport as proof that we're married. We both have the same last name. It was because I don't look American and my passport says I was born in Morocco. That doesn't mean anything!! I could be born in China and it wouldn't mean I'm Chinese.
