Hotel Club Sungo by Pickalbatros

That heated pool was lovely in the late afternoon, almost like a hot tub. February gave us great weather, so we got to enjoy all the pools and the aqua park. The staff were polite and friendly, especially Mr moustache man, who took such good care of us in the bar and night club. Thanks again for the great service. We had a great week and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Anas and Aziz in the restaurant looked after us so well, and the bar staff were fantastic too. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The animation team worked hard to keep guests entertained day and night. A flawless hotel, absolutely fantastic.

The meals were delicious, and everything from the service to the atmosphere was amazing. What made the stay unforgettable, though, was how kind and welcoming the staff were. If they saw me sitting by myself, they’d come over, talk with me, and share a laugh. Those little moments made the whole experience feel warm and personal. This was more than somewhere to stay, it was a lovely human experience. Highly recommended!

Nina benina and the animation crew were lovely and made our stay a great experience. We weren’t lucky with the weather, but they still made things enjoyable. The bar staff and everyone at the hotel helped create a really lovely atmosphere.
