The terrace is beautiful, and having an outdoor pool was a nice touch. We had a spacious room in a really handy location, close to the city and easy for taxi drivers to find. The security guard was super friendly and helped however we needed. One man at the front desk didn't seem welcoming, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained and great for tourists who want to walk to everything. Definitely my favorite place to stay in marrakech.

10/10
The staff were very pleasant, and the hotel left me with a good impression overall. It was built solidly with high-quality materials, though the interior and equipment aren't maintained very well for functionality. Good value for money, and the breakfast was quite decent.

6/10
The little rooftop pool was nice, and being near the center of Gueliz and Carre Eden was great. Breakfast was good enough, and the room was clean and okay. But I'd rate the hotel higher if I hadn't been charged the tax twice. I also can't understand why the WiFi was so slow and had such a bad connection.

10/10
The rooftop pool was nice, though the water was quite cold at this time of year. They also offer yoga classes. Housekeeping checked the room every day, and it was really clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the whole hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. Reception gave us all the information we needed. The hotel was fantastic, above expectations, definitely 5/5. Compliments to the staff!

The rooms are spacious and good, and service was good too. Reception staff were helpful. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock, though. They don't provide kettles, even when you ask, which made feeding an infant with a bottle difficult.
