A great base for exploring Marrakech, with modern, clean rooms. The staff were lovely, especially Azzeddine, who looked after us and was very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room was bigger than an average hotel room, and the location near the train station worked well for us. Even with construction going on nearby, it stayed quiet. The place was very clean, thanks to the hard-working staff. Reception deserves a special mention, particularly Youseff, who was professional, friendly, and reliable when arranging an early taxi to the airport. We really appreciated the stay.

I had trouble finding the secure parking, and the staff were patient and understanding about it.

The hotel and my room were lovely and clean, and the staff were so helpful. I honestly couldn’t fault the room. They left water in the fridge each day, and housekeeping came daily. From the balcony you can see apartments and open land, but there’s a nice mesh curtain you can open or close to screen the construction site behind while still letting in sunlight and allowing you to sit outside. The Medina is up the road and getting around is cheap. The train station and food mall are across the road.

The apartments are nice and well located, though the street is a bit run down. It felt safe enough. Watch out with parking. When we checked out, a street “parking attendant” hounded us for money. Reception explained that we’d parked on the other side of the road, an area those people unofficially control, but they couldn’t help and left us to deal with it. We paid them 10MAD and left. Driving away wasn’t an option because they stand in front of the car.
