BCK Art Riad

The manager and his assistant, Rajid, made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Heavy rain meant our original room with a terrace couldn’t be used, so Rajid kindly upgraded us to a suite. It was a much-appreciated gesture. We spent five days at this beautiful Riad, which is central and convenient, but feels like a peaceful oasis once you step inside. The birdsong and sense of calm are a magical contrast to the Medina outside. Everyone on the staff was so friendly, kind, and attentive. You can feel how much care they put into their work. The traditional décor, with beautiful pieces of art reflecting Moroccan culture, is stunning, and the place was impeccably clean. Our room was lovely, too. We also tried the spa and hammam, which were excellent and very relaxing, a must during a stay here. Highly recommended for an authentic, peaceful, high-quality stay in the heart of Marrakesh. We’d love to return.

Halim, the property manager, was one of the kindest and most professional hosts we’ve met in our travels across five continents. Ask him to arrange a private program or practically anything, and he gets it done in a minute. The whole staff helped create a warm, familiar atmosphere, and the interiors and rooms are effortlessly cool and stylish. Our stay turned out unexpectedly great. We recommend it to everyone!

We were welcomed with mint tea, and had a very nice stay at this riad. The food was good, especially breakfast, and the place is easy to find in the medina. They arranged transport for us, though we waited about an hour at the airport. With it being Ramadan, that was understandable. Halim was kind and helpful with information. We highly recommend the riad.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful the whole time, which was especially useful in a country where the culture and customs can feel overwhelming if they’re different from what you’re used to. This boutique hotel is right in central Marrakech, with authentic yet modern rooms and a stellar, typical breakfast.
