I asked for an event quote in October and got one question back, then nothing. I followed up in November and again in January, with no reply either time. When I raised it with the manager, H, he was insulting and offered no apology. I rarely write reviews, but this lack of professionalism is shameful. Avoid the place, especially if you care about how customers are treated.

We stayed here for a few days with family and friends and really enjoyed it. The villa is huge, with lots of lawn and a great pool, in a peaceful spot just outside Marrakech. It would also work well for a wedding.

Please, if you are Israeli and considering this villa, don't go. It's a big place, but it isn't maintained at all. The rooms were dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and the air conditioners usually didn't work. The kitchen smelled disgusting. The owner promised two cleaning ladies, but they didn't clean and smelled bad themselves, so there was no cleaning. They wanted money in dollars for everything we asked about, and wouldn't let any friends come in to visit. Basically, don't come here.

Great for a weekend with friends, with bedrooms, suites, a pool and a hammam all there. The villa is in the heart of the palm grove, close to the center, and has lots of spaces decorated with good taste.
