The room was comfortable and clean, and the location worked well for us. Ibtissam welcomed us with delicious Moroccan tea and pies, and was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it 😊

I felt safe and well looked after here as a woman traveling alone. Abdelilah and the other staff were warm and helpful, and the room had lovely amenities. They also served coffee and pastries in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, though the street is noisy and the curtains are thin, so there was quite a lot of light and noise coming in.

Travelers should know this isn’t a four-star hotel, three at most. There’s no sound insulation, and you can hear the street, people through the walls, and noise in the hallways. They may blame the street, but it isn’t even a main road. There’s no restaurant either. The room service, which happened every day, was the one thing I’d call worthwhile. They seem to get many good reviews by pressuring guests at checkout to leave five stars in exchange for a free night. We didn’t need one. They hand you a voucher, and the receptionist pushes you to write a review. If you don’t want to, just say no. I asked for a shower leak to be fixed over three days. After I insisted, someone came four hours later and replaced a gasket. I wouldn’t return because of the pressure to leave feedback and the lack of insulation.

The hotel was very quiet despite being close to the city center, and both the room and toilet were extremely clean. Shaimaa and Iman greeted me with smiles every day and made my stay really pleasant. They also helped organize activities in Marrakesh, which I appreciated. I’ll come back.
