It was my first time in Morocco and Marrakech, and it took me 25 minutes to find this hotel. Nobody answered when I called for help getting there. The owner, Chantal, wasn't a good host, didn't speak English, and was smoking in the hotel with the staff. The breakfast was very bad and wasn't served at the right time. The room smelled awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Karim was lovely and helpful, and gave us the best advice. The room was as charming as could be, and breakfast was great. In the busy city of Marrakech, this place was a much-needed bit of calm and tranquility.

We were in the souks, down winding streets, and the host spoke no English, so his assistant Karim had to help. Karim was an absolute darling and took great care of us. The host charged more than we’d agreed on Airbnb, and the language barrier made it hard to sort out. He did get us some drinks to pacify us. The place is cosy and traditional, with a little rooftop where you can have tea and enjoy the view. Breakfast got monotonous and boring. It’s better if you have the whole place to yourselves.

Karim was really accommodating and helped us a lot. We changed riads because we wanted to see different ones, but ended up wishing we hadn’t. It’s a beautiful riad in a great location, and the price was amazing. We’ll definitely stay there again when we come back. Highly recommended!

The manager was so helpful, and I loved the beautiful atmosphere. Right in the heart of the Medina, it was a great surprise to find such a lovely place at a good price. Some riads are overpriced, but this one felt honest.
