The terrace and lovely rooms made this a real find. It’s in a good spot, though it takes a little getting used to finding your way there. Mohamed was wonderful throughout our stay, always ready to help and happy to spend time with us.

Mohamed made a real difference to our time in Morocco. He clearly loves his work and went out of his way to help us in Marrakesh. I’ve rarely met someone in hospitality as genuinely kind as he is. The riad itself is beautiful, and this is easily the best place I’ve stayed on holiday. If you’re in Marrakesh, don’t hesitate to stay here.

Finding the place can be tricky, so bring directions with you when you arrive. The streets may seem a little shady at night, though there’s usually activity around the next corner because Equity point hostel is nearby. The rooftop terrace is a nice extra, and breakfast is a good start before heading into the busy streets of Marrakech. It’s a clean, fairly cozy place with a very friendly owner, and a good choice if you like traditional accommodation near the city center.
