We were short on time one day, with only 5-10 minutes to eat, and he got everything ready for us. He even packed crepes to take along. Such a generous, kind gesture. The service was incredible throughout, and the receptionist, maybe the manager, was so friendly and quick to handle every request.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with a direct view of the Atlas mountains. There’s a taxi stand, small market, ATM, shops, and places to eat nearby. In the Medina, the newly opened riad is about a 15-minute walk from Medersa Ben Youssef and the shopping area. It’s clean and has the distinctive feel of a riad. Hamada helped us with all our many requests. Breakfast was halal, without meat, and the same each day, but filling and varied enough.

Restaurants and shops are an easy walk away, and although the riad is on the north side of the busy city center, we couldn’t hear the noise inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, the staff were very helpful, and breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay while exploring Marrakech.
