The staff were friendly and helpful, and the terrace was the best part. It's close to the Medina yet quiet. But the room was cold, the hot water ran out in 10 minutes at most, and the bath flooded and could leak into the room if you weren't careful. WiFi was unreliable. For a similar price, I've seen riads that are much more beautiful and tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi is tiny and only lukewarm. I wouldn't recommend it.

The roof terrace was peaceful and had lovely views, and breakfast was very nice, with a fresh omelette, orange juice, bread and jams. The rooms were 10/10, and the bathrooms clean and modern. Such a beautiful hotel and a brilliant find, with really friendly, helpful staff. An unreal experience all round. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the rain shower. It took me a bit to get used to the toilet being in its own room, though, and I would've liked a bathtub instead of just a walk-in shower, especially since there's only a jacuzzi and no pool. Lovely and serene place.

We were welcomed with tea and cookies, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The Moroccan-style hotel sits right in the middle of the city, with free parking and a lovely breakfast you can have on the terrace. The only thing we missed was a fridge. Superb.
