What a beautiful place. The rooms are stunning, the food outstanding, and the amenities fantastic. Every member of staff, from reception and the bars to the restaurant, entertainment and cleaning teams, was compassionate, caring and lovely. They all worked hard to make our holiday amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for a team that deserves so much praise.

We felt very well looked after and will definitely recommend this hotel. There was lots of good food, and Abdel and Cherik from the canteen team were polite, helpful and always smiling, especially kind with the kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. A special thank you to Fayrouz from Club Jumbo. She was fantastic with my child and looked after them so well, which made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Zack, the representative from love holiday, also gave us lots of advice and recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely.

The calm, welcoming feel and attention to detail made this a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and well looked after. It was easy to explore the surrounding area from the hotel. We also enjoyed the food, with lots of delicious choices made from quality ingredients, and the cocktails were beautifully presented and very well made. I’d definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay.

There isn’t much to do around the hotel, though they do run a bus to the old town. We were lucky to have sunny, warm weather at 29 degrees, but the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the pools were very cold because they weren’t heated. There was building work going on that we hadn’t been told about, with dust blowing around the pools. The room was okay but tired, and the food arrived cold with limited choices. Some staff were very friendly, others weren’t. A bit disappointing.
