Le Voyageur Marrakech

The room was lovely, with a beautiful bed, a balcony, and everything very clean. The people at reception were super friendly too. Just note that the restaurant downstairs is closed. The entrance is a little discreet and comes from the side street by the gym Arnold.

Everything felt new, since the motel had only recently opened, and the room was sparkling clean. The location worked really well, and there’s a nice cafe serving food late. Service was excellent, and the room price was very reasonable. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were consistently kind, polite, and ready to help. The hotel is quiet and a little out of the way, with local eateries, a bank, and a mosque conveniently nearby. If you have a car for sightseeing, it’s a good base, and it’s a welcome break from the busy main areas of Marrakech. I stayed three nights in January 2020. For a budget hotel, it was outstanding: the clean rooms were serviced every day and matched the website photos. I didn’t take any pictures myself, but the booking-site photos showed the place as it really is. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

The place is new and very clean, with a cool, quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff and housekeepers were wonderful. One change, though: breakfast in your room used to be free, but from January 4 they started charging 20dh for it.
