The location made exploring easy, with everything within a comfortable walk. We also had a relaxing hammam and massage at the Riad, and I left feeling refreshed. Breakfast was delicious and varied, a lovely start to the day. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. The staff were warm and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you, Laila and Sofia, for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it.

We spent three nights and four days here as a family. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff were very friendly. If you want to experience the Moroccan vibe, I’d suggest staying in this Riad. We were thrilled with it.

I made a reservation through booking.com a month ago for December, but they cancelled it, saying my card was invalid. The card is perfectly valid, and I’ve since used it for other bookings. I tried two other cards and got the same message. I came to think they cancelled because I’d booked at an affordable rate and wanted to raise the price for the African Cup. Luckily, I found another option.

After a week in the Atlas Mountains, we arrived with slightly dirty trousers, nothing too bad. The receptionist’s first words were, “Are you sure you are at the right place?” We felt insulted, and that’s no way to welcome guests. I’m still a bit shocked by that comment. The listing on Booking also promised “high speed wifi,” but we had no wifi in the room. There was no warm water for the first two days either. We were very disappointed, especially given the price. When we raised the water issue, the staff responded quickly and fixed it straight away.
