The rooms were cozy, clean, and nice, and the Riad was great. There weren't many guests, and a very kind woman prepared delicious breakfasts individually for each guest. Manager Mr. Rachid was kind throughout our stay and gave us helpful recommendations. The colleague who welcomed us when we arrived late at night was very nice too.

Rachid made us feel well looked after. He arranged our airport pickup, brought us to the Riad, and gave us a map and suggestions for local restaurants and sights. The Riad was beautiful, with a lovely room and a great rooftop terrace, and just a short walk from the old town center. Breakfast was fantastic too. It was the perfect place for our stay in Marrakech, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The location is ideal for exploring the medina of marakech on foot, and Rachid, the host and manager, gave us great suggestions on what to do. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, definitely worth getting. The whole building is beautiful. The central area stays cool, and our rooms were quiet, relaxing, spotless, and beautifully decorated. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central place in marakech.

The only small drawback is finding the Riad: the access backstreet doesn't show up in Maps. For a first visit, I'd suggest asking the manager to meet you at a nearby spot. The Riad is in a quiet part of the Medina while still being close to most Marrakech attractions on foot. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the professional, friendly staff were always willing to help with guests' needs.

We found Rachid helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was tasty and good value. Riad Merstane sits just beyond the Medina's north wall. Jaama el Fna is about a 20-minute walk away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and interesting spots along the route. We had a wonderful time there.
