The interior looks nice, but that was about the only plus for me. As a woman travelling alone, I was harassed by men whenever I walked between the riad and the road. Cars can only pick you up or drop you off about an eight-minute walk away, through a maze of alleys. After my taxi driver explained how to find the place, one man tried to lead me somewhere else for money, and another tried to follow me. Thank goodness for Google maps. Houccine(sp?), who I later understood was the host, never introduced himself when I arrived and was being harassed by an outside vangabond. He seemed cordial at first, but his manner changed during my stay. The room was very cramped, with no luggage stand, iron, blow dryer, and a towel rack that didn't work. Shower temperature kept changing, and the stairs were uneven when carrying luggage. The Wi-Fi was also spotty. The walls are thin enough that you hear the host and housekeepers talking in the early morning and evening, so bring headphones. Breakfast is included but only served for an hour. One morning the host spent at least ten minutes talking with another guest before serving me, and he hadn't mentioned the available choices, which became a problem when I asked for eggs. The place looks nice, but for the price it lacks a lot of amenities. They didn't explain in advance that city tax had to be paid in cash. At another hotel I stayed in Marrakesh, paying by card hadn't been an issue. I also left an item behind and tried to contact the host, but WhatsApp support said he had blocked me after I left. This is just my experience, but I wouldn't recommend it to a woman travelling solo.

It was easy to walk to the touristy spots from this lovely riad. The team were so warm and helpful, and Hussain especially went out of his way whenever we needed something. We had a lovely stay and I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting Marrakech.

A great central spot, close to everything. The hosts were excellent, made us a nice breakfast, and were very accommodating with helpful suggestions.

Our driver suggested this beautiful riad in Marrakech, and we're so glad we listened. Houssein and the women working there were very kind. Everything feels new, clean, modern, and carefully put together for guests. It's near the shops but away from the square, which made it feel more relaxing. The main floor and balcony are beautiful, the beds are really comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. Thank you!

I loved unwinding in the lounge in the evenings, with soothing music playing around the riad. The hammam and massage, which I'd booked ahead, were the highlight. The masseuses were skilled, warm, and friendly, and the whole experience left me relaxed and refreshed. I didn't use the jacuzzi, though it was available on request. On my first trip to Marrakech, the staff's kind, attentive help made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet had a generous selection of local dishes, and I ate at the restaurant twice. Both meals were wonderful, with flavors, presentation, and authentic dishes that stood out. My room was spotless, spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had Wi-Fi and a television for a comfortable retreat after exploring. The location worked well for getting around: the markets were a ten-minute walk, the airport about 10-15 minutes by car, and the desert around 30 minutes by car. The casino and nightclubs were a five-minute drive away. It was a relaxed, indulgent place to stay, whether spending time with local culture, enjoying the food, or just unwinding. I'd recommend it for a memorable Marrakech visit.
