The dinner was delicious, and the live Moroccan music made it feel wonderfully authentic. I also found the room clean, comfortable, and well cared for, a nice place to unwind after exploring Marrakech. Palais Moulay Said & Spa is a beautiful riad full of character, with traditional details that reflect Morocco's heritage. Its location makes it easy to reach the heart of Marrakech while keeping a calm, traditional atmosphere. The whole team, from the bellboy to reception and breakfast staff, were warm, professional, attentive, and welcoming. A memorable stay, and I'd happily recommend it for genuine hospitality and an authentic Moroccan experience. I hope to return.

We'd come back for sure. The hotel feels like a little paradise tucked into the Old Medina, with beautiful, well-kept rooms and a swimming pool we loved. Breakfast was an amazing buffet every morning, and the restaurant served excellent dishes too. It's a great spot for experiencing the real Marrakesh.

The room amenities were lacking, but we hardly spent any time there, so it didn't really bother us. The staff were all helpful: they met us by the main road after our airport drop-off and walked us back to the hotel. The location is great inside the Medina, just a 5-10 minute walk down one main market street to the square, and it felt much safer than some riads hidden down side streets. Breakfast was good each morning, with both hot and cold choices. We had a good stay at this Riad.

After days of sightseeing, we were glad to come back and relax at the riad. The rooms are basic, with no TV, but that suited the real escape we wanted. Everything felt like a vibe from the moment we entered, from the entrance and lobby to the pool and breakfast area. My family loved it too, despite my nerves after reading some bad reviews. Breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting poolside while the girls swam. We were warned that the water was cold, but they didn't mind. Poolside food was nice as well, and the girls had pizza and pasta. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great near the dardar rooftop restaurant. It's a real hidden gem. If you want a luxury riad on a budget, I highly recommend it ♥️🇲🇦

Our first time in Marrakech and Morocco, and we had a wonderful stay at this Rhiad. Since check-in wasn't until 3pm and our flight got in around 10:30am, we left our luggage and went exploring. The hotel had arranged an airport transfer in advance; it arrived on time and communication was clear. A staff member took our bags and led us into the Medina, then we filled out some paperwork and were welcomed with lovely Moroccan tea and biscuits. We changed and headed off for our pre-booked trip. We turned down a taxi and walked to the Souks instead. When we returned that evening, we were welcomed back and given our room key. They clearly explained breakfast and Spa opening times and gave us a price list. The team made everything easy, from bringing coffee to the room to arranging a wonderful Spa appointment. I highly recommend the Hammam and massage. They also booked our return airport transfer and escorted us out of the Medina to the car. There is a sewage and drainage smell to get used to because of the old pipe infrastructure, and the sink can give off quite a whiff. Running water helps, as does keeping the bathroom door shut. Everywhere else smells of orange blossom, a distinctive scent in Marrakech, and it's a truly beautiful place. Shakrun Palais Moulay Said xx
