I’ve stayed here for years, sometimes alone and sometimes with my family, and it’s always a calm, spotless place that’s kept in beautiful condition. I leave feeling peaceful, happy, and more connected with myself. Mr. Hassan, the owner, is respectful, attentive, and truly generous, which makes each visit easy and enjoyable. It just feels good to be here, and I never pass up a chance to return. Every stay leaves a gentle, lasting impression.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable, with a nice touch of local character. Its location made it easy to enjoy lively Marrakech, then come back and relax in the sun beside the large pool. A real quiet retreat.

The pool is nice, but I’d choose Palmeraie 3 over Palmeraie 2. Palmeraie 2 feels old, and the internal road will definitely damage your car. After trying Palmeraie 3, you won’t want to book a place in Pal2.

We were a group of 10 adults and 2 kids, and after keeping the staff updated on our journey, we still arrived at 6pm to find the rooms unready. The cleaners came after us. One room had no shower head, another had no toilet seat, the pillows had holes, the toilet sink had green mold, and the grounds were poorly kept. The amenities didn’t match the pictures on their page, so we asked to cancel. Staff first said it would be free, then changed their mind and threatened to take me to court unless I paid a 15% cancellation fee. I didn’t pay, and it went away. The location is far from the city, though it could suit someone wanting quiet. For us it was an awful hotel experience, not worth the journey or time. Stay away.
