Riad 10 Mandarin

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe the whole time. The Riad is only a three-minute walk from the main square, but it’s down a little alley that taxis can’t reach. A staff member met me at the pre-booked taxi, which the Riad had arranged, and walked me straight to the property. They even had a beautiful tagine ready for dinner when I arrived. The staff were attentive from the first moment, and every question I had got answered. When I had to leave before 7am for a day trip, someone got up early to pack me breakfast to take along. The Riad arranged my airport taxi too, then texted the following day to check I’d got home safely. I’ve already recommended it to friends going to Marrakech next year, and I’m planning another trip soon. I’ll absolutely stay again.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the city center, and the riad feels like a beautiful oasis of calm. Every detail has been put together with exquisite taste. What stayed with me most was the staff’s warmth, joy, and genuine kindness. Their care goes beyond professionalism and made us feel like friends, almost family. The connection they build with guests feels rare anywhere in the world. Riad 10 Mandarin was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and it’s somewhere I’d want to return to again and again.

The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite places to unwind with mint tea and watch the sunset over the city. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with local pastries, fruit, and freshly squeezed juice. The staff also shared helpful suggestions for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel at home. The riad is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches, and its quiet courtyard felt like an oasis away from the busy streets. Our room was clean, cozy, charming, and had all the amenities we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Morocco’s authentic beauty and hospitality.

The best part was the staff. Everyone we met, from the day and night teams to the cleaners and driver, was kind, hospitable, and helpful. Their warmth and service really impressed us, and we’d be glad to stay again or recommend this place to anyone after a 10/10 stay in Marrakech. It was very clean, with lovely interiors and facilities, and the breakfast was super delicious. The property sits in the market area within walking distance of several landmarks, and it always smelled amazing.
