The rooms were great, the location was good, and breakfast was excellent. The problem was the car they offered to book for us: the wrong car showed up, and the amount was wrong too. The excuses didn't help, and we ended up having to pay more somewhere else. If you're judging just the rooms, it's five full stars!!!

The rooftop breakfast was a lovely touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Miss Ibtissam, the manager, took great care of us and guided us during our stay. It was clean, practical, and good value. I’d book here again next time I’m back.

The receptionist was the bright spot, really friendly and helpful. The shower, though, hadn’t been cleaned properly: there was hair on the walls and taps, and the water wouldn’t drain, probably because of it. We were also expected to leave the key at reception whenever we went out. I won’t stay here again.

The staff were pleasant, and the terrace looks out over the city and mountains. The location is close to the main square and its market. But the rooms are tiny, with nowhere for a suitcase, and two people keep bumping into each other. There was a bathroom smell, and awful noise in the hotel in the evenings and mornings. The hot water turned cold in the morning, and the air conditioning heated well but was noisy. Breakfast on the cramped terrace was poor. Definitely wouldn’t return.
