The staff were polite and helpful. They arranged an early taxi for us and packed our breakfast to take along. We spent our last two days in Marrakech here, but got a room by the lobby. Since we're light sleepers, staff tried to move us, but there wasn't another option. The room was clean, though the AC was rather loud, the mattress wasn't very comfortable, and there were only shower towels, no small ones. The WiFi in the room was very poor. We would definitely skip the spa. It felt tiny, run down, and a bit moldy. We'd booked two treatments each, but were surprised to find they were scheduled at the same time despite only one person being available to do the massage and hammam. We cancelled, which was disappointing since we'd been looking forward to trying a hammam in Marocco.

The room was spacious and nice, and the Riad was lovely and clean. Staff were welcoming, and you can ask them to clean your room. I can't recommend the place enough.

We were placed here because our riad wouldn't be ready for another day. It was comfortable and decorated very nicely in an authentic ruad style.

The staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions, and the airport transfer was handy. The driver and staff brought me right to the door, so I couldn't get lost. The rooms feel a bit lived in, but they're clean and have AC, which is great in summer. It's noisy in the main building because the rooms aren't well isolated, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I'd skip the spa. The treatment itself was nice, but it's beside the lobby and common area, and you can hear people talking just outside, making it hard to relax.

The staff were really nice and made sure we were comfortable. The location is great, literally right next to the souk market!
