Riad Bahia Salam

This review is only about the SPA, not the hotel itself. The service was amazing, and the staff were very attentive and went above and beyond. The facilities were spotless, it's close to the main Medina Square, and they accept credit cards.

The location is a real plus, with Marrakech’s main landmarks all an easy walk away, and after more than five years of staying at Riad Bahia Salam, the service is still beyond excellent. I’ve always appreciated how consistent the management and staff have been. Seeing familiar faces year after year says a lot about how well the owner treats the team, and that carries through to the guest experience. I don’t want to risk leaving anyone out by listing too many names, but Madiha and Anouar are always there to answer questions and take care of the details. Mohamed, the luggage porter, Hassan, and the restaurant staff have all been attentive and professional. Soukaina and Samira at the spa deserve a mention too. Guests who had a Hammam with Samira have praised her work, and Soukaina’s massages get the same praise. Riad Bahia Salam really feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the traditional décor gives Riad Bahia Salam a charming, relaxed feel. The food was delicious, especially the flavorful Moroccan dishes, which were presented beautifully. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. With its comfort, character, and warm hospitality, this was a memorable place to stay.

The rooftop and restaurant are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was average. The hotel is in a very good location, though the surrounding area is quite noisy, so it may not suit anyone looking for a quiet stay.
