Marrakech Ryads Parc All inclusive

We spent Christmas here as a family, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the food was tasty with lots of choice. The staff were wonderful, especially Anas and Faza, who made it unforgettable for my family. The animation team were friendly and got everyone involved. The place went all out for Christmas even though they don’t celebrate it, and Santa even arrived on a camel. They offer a wide range of excursions without trying to rip you off. Marrakech ryad parc and spa has been my favourite holiday in a long time, and I’d give it more stars if I could.

The warm atmosphere of the Riad made my first visit to Marrakesh special, and the staff were lovely, always smiling and available around the clock. On arrival, Security took our bags and stored them at the front so we didn't have to carry them while waiting to check in. Check-in begins at 14:00 each day, so expect to wait if you arrive earlier. They did let us have lunch while we waited, since it was all inclusive. The hotel has a pool, gym and a bar that gets lively in the evenings with Karaoke and events. My room was clean and presentable, with a fresh bottle of water each night, clean bedding, AC/heater, and fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo each night. There was also a hair dryer. The bathroom door in room 808 wouldn't lock because it was stuck. Getting to the room meant a bit of a walk past the pool, and finding it was tricky because many signs were barely visible. They should make the signs clearer. The hotel is near the Football stadium and offers a shuttle to the centre of marrakesh for 10 DHM. Book it a day ahead, as it fills up quickly.

We stayed at Marrakesh Ryads Parc Hotel from May 10th to 16th. The staff were generally friendly, and when we asked to change rooms on the first night, they dealt with it promptly. The room we were first given had broken air conditioning, a dirty bathroom and damp mold on the walls. That was especially worrying with our young child and my sister, who has severe asthma. The hotel is far from the main town and shops, and I was surprised that the shuttle cost extra during our all-inclusive stay. At the pool restaurant, snacks were often left uncovered and unattended, with flies and wasps crawling over the food. Tables and chairs around the hotel were often dirty. Pool loungers were rarely cleaned and had bird droppings on them, and the pool towels were stained every day. The kids' club mentioned on their website was closed while we were there. The food was repetitive and bland, and cutlery, utensils, cups and plates were often dirty. The drink dispensers were rarely clean, with food all over them throughout our stay, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Front desk staff were friendly, but often distracted by their phones and left guests waiting a long time. I’m sharing this because I think the hotel has plenty of potential, but it needs significant improvement in cleanliness and food quality.

The people here made the stay for me. Hayat at reception was brilliant, Soufian looked after us so well at dinner, and the animation team got everyone involved. Yassine, Mimi, Bachir, Zizou, Joseph, and chief animator Jil were all fantastic. I’ve never seen a better team. The grounds and pool are lovely, and even though the water was cold in November, I still enjoyed swimming. Food was really good with lots to choose from, especially those delicious breakfast pancakes. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaners were great. The shower head could have been better, but I managed fine. It’s about 30 minutes from Marrakech, and the hotel shuttle into the centre is easy to book the day before and reasonably priced. I liked it so much I came back the next month.
