Riad Be Colors

The main thing I'd check before booking is whether housekeeping will be provided. During our four nights, nobody emptied the bins, changed towels, made the beds, or replaced the water bottles, and that kept an otherwise good stay from being excellent. There are other things to know: breakfast didn't have much choice and got a little repetitive, and there was some language barrier since English isn't their first language. We also missed the mint tea on arrival. I've had that welcome at other riads, and I think even a small gesture like that would help guests feel at home. That said, we had a really lovely time overall. Stephane and the cook, Amina, were very nice. Breakfast was good, especially the mint tea, yoghurt with fruit, and fresh orange juice. The property is beautiful, clean, and new, with everything working well. It's in a good, quiet spot, about a 10-13 minute walk from Koutoubia mosque, which is central to Marrakech.

A little jewel right in the heart of the Medina, with a stunning rooftop and beautifully decorated, very clean bedrooms. We got a lovely welcome with mint tea and local oriental cakes, plus loads of advice for visiting town and help with booking whatever we wanted.

Stephane and Amina were marvellous. The Riad was really nice, very clean, and the food was good. Breakfast had plenty of variety.
