Riad Beata

The food was absolutely amazing, especially the beef tagine and vegetable couscous, some of the best we had on our trip. We also got to meet Beata, the owner, which was lovely. She felt genuine and welcoming, and you can tell everything is done with heart. Mohammed made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, and was so attentive and welcoming. Khalid was also very kind and helpful during the day. The riad is beautiful, clean, comfortable, full of authentic charm, and looks just like the pictures. The surrounding area can seem surprising at first, with construction and modest-looking buildings, but we soon found it felt safe and was very well located, close to everything and near the palace. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for a warm, authentic experience within walking distance of the main square.

The Fatima room had one of the best showers of my 10-day trip in Morocco, with hot water and strong pressure. I also liked the charming rooftop. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood near the King’s palace, and I appreciated that it was woman owned and affordable.

The service was excellent. The staff arranged several excursions and sorted out our airport transfers in both directions. The owner was helpful with guiding American and European tourists through Moroccan culture, as the previous reviewer mentioned. My partner and I stayed at Riad Beata for three nights as part of a bigger trip with friends. It's centrally located near the markets but on a quiet street. I'd stay here again for the location, service, and value.

It was a peaceful, romantic stay with my girlfriend, and one we'll remember. Riad Beata is beautiful and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff were incredibly kind and welcomed us like family.
