The shower was broken, there was no breakfast, no towels, and no water in the toilets. Nothing was right. We paid $80 per night for two people, yet the place was dirty, cold, and the rooms had no lights. The shower only gave either hot or cold water. We changed rooms three times in the same riad, hoping the next one might be okay. The staff weren't service minded. The people running this riad have no business running one. It was the worst night I've ever had. Shitty riad, never a good idea to stay there.

We only lasted one night of our two-night booking and left. The room smelled terrible, though the toilet smelled even worse. The sheets had yellow stains and hair on them, and the toilet seat was dirty too. The shared area was nice, and the location was great and easy to find.

This hostel was horrible, I'd give it zero stars if I could. There were bedbugs and cockroaches, the showers didn't work, and the place smelled like a gutter. The manager was very rude and not helpful at all. It's one of the worst places to stay in Marrakech. You can find better options for the same price or less. Do not stay there!

The location was good, but the rest was a horrible experience. There was no hot water, the wifi didn't work, the linen and toilet were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. A broken window above my door let in the cold. With no heating system, I was cold for days.

The hotel is NOW CLOSED, but they are still happy to take your money through expedia, trip advsior, and many others. Please stop promoting a non hotel and check them out properly if you're advertising on their behalf. Thanks.
