The calm, sunny roof terrace was such a nice place to unwind after exploring the city. Riad Clefs d'Orient is full of thoughtful details, from the beautifully decorated room to the homemade breakfast Ahmed served each morning. We were welcomed with fresh tea and homemade biscuits, and the friendly staff made us feel looked after throughout our stay. Mourad shared tips on sights and restaurants, while Laïla was always available to answer questions. Booking here made the whole holiday feel easy, and we left with lovely memories.

The hot air balloon ride and cooking class they arranged for us were unforgettable. Even arriving in the middle of the night, we were greeted warmly, and the transfer had been handled perfectly. The whole team was kind and full of helpful ideas for seeing Marrakech. Riad Clefs d’Orient is beautifully decorated, with so much charm and care in the details. It was a special, welcoming place, and we’d love to come back.

We booked the optional airport transfer for €25 since our flight got in late, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful stay at the Riad and would happily recommend it. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ahmed, who was always kind and easy to talk to.

We were welcomed by Laila and Ahmed, who made sure we were settled and helped with arranging transport, tours, or a massage when needed. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The riad is beautiful, quiet at night, and feels homey. It’s right by town but away from the noise of Marrakech’s busy streets, with restaurants, cafes, and a money exchange nearby. A perfect location for us, and I can’t wait to return. Thanks for making us feel so welcome 😃

We had dinner at the hotel every night, and the tagines were fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable, and Laila and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved meeting the resident cats, Luna and Radiya.
