The staff are lovely, and the location is handy for exploring the Medina. The riad itself is quite basic, though, and I’d give it two stars. The towels were really worn and stayed damp without being refreshed. Our shower was broken and wasn’t fixed until we mentioned it. The rooms didn’t match the online pictures, and there were no Moroccan side lamps. Breakfast was basic, just breads and jam, and lacked fruit. There’s no pool or garden, and the roof terrace is basic. No towel swans or rose petals on the beds, either. Many reviews seem to come from local guides rather than tourists.

A real gem in the Medina. The staff were simply kind and welcoming, and Mouna was especially thoughtful. They let us check in late after our flights were delayed, then store our luggage after checkout so we could go for a stroll. The rooms were clean, furnished, and very nice. There’s a terrace where you can look at the stars at night. Breakfast was simple and tasty. We really recommend this place ❤️

The location was the best part for me, right by Jemaa el fna square and in the middle of the medina, so it was easy to wander around and take in the atmosphere of this unique old city. The Riad itself feels beautiful and homelike, with good rooms and really friendly staff who are always ready to help. We were welcomed with tea when we arrived. Marrakesh is one of the most vibrant places I’ve visited in a long time, and this is a great base if you want to get out and experience it.

Loved staying here. It was spotless, easy to find, and had a really homey feel. The host was responsive and the staff were sweet. I also met some great people, and there were a few lovely spots to sit and read, plus a rooftop where we had a movie night with friends.

We had a great time here. The breakfast was a generous, delicious Moroccan spread, and the service was excellent. Its location also made it easy to get a real feel for Moroccan culture.
