The evening’s show made the whole meal feel even more special. The belly dancing was great and beautiful, and gave the restaurant a vibrant, magical atmosphere. Mustafa was friendly, professional and attentive as our waiter, making sure everything was right from start to finish. The food at Restaurant Al Fassia was delicious, with authentic Moroccan ingredients and traditional flavors. Every dish tasted fresh and was presented beautifully. We’d definitely come back for the food, entertainment and service.

The live music and performances gave the evening a magical feel and made it memorable. Service was friendly, professional and attentive without being too much, and the staff made sure we were looked after throughout. Dar Essalam Restaurant has a beautiful traditional Moroccan interior, with intricate decor and a warm atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time. The food was outstanding: the tagines were delicious, the couscous satisfying, and the pastilla one of the best I’ve tasted. Portions were generous, and the quality held up through the meal. A complete Moroccan dining experience in Marrakech, highly recommended.

We had a memorable evening at Dar Essalam in Marrakech. The food was extraordinary, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the live show brought a lot of joy and magic to the night. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the lively entertainment, it felt like a lovely mix of Moroccan tradition and good food. Highly recommended.

We had a lot of fun at dinner here. The live show made for a really enjoyable atmosphere. Bono was our waiter and also helped with the entertainment. He was cheerful and kind, and made the evening even better. Highly recommended.

The historic building is absolutely stunning, and the restaurant was easy to find in a good location. We booked the day before. Our three-course dinner and show cost 300dhs each, drinks extra, which felt like good value at around £25. We were at a front-row table, close to the action. The performers went around to every table and invited people to join in, which was fun, but some asked for tips. We didn’t think interaction or a photo with them should come with an expected tip, and that put us off joining in. The waiters worked hard to get everyone their food and drinks promptly. They were polite and friendly, though the service sometimes felt rushed. They also asked for tips at the end since service wasn’t included. Check that any deposit is taken off the final bill: ours wasn’t, and we had to ask them to correct it. We enjoyed the evening and think it’s worth a visit, though a few things could be better.
