My wife and I had a very unpleasant experience trying to book this property. Booking.com showed one room available at around 6:30 PM, but after being scammed before, I wanted to see it before booking. We were told someone would come in five minutes. We waited 15-20 minutes on a dead-end side street, where three or four children verbally harassed us and we began to feel scared. Another guest arrived, opened the door, and let us wait inside. We called the property we had entered to ask when someone would come to the Riad. The owners asked why we had come in and spoke to us in a threatening, inappropriate way. They said we should have waited outside, even though we’d had a couple of bad experiences before. Five minutes later, the available room disappeared from Booking.com. We waited another 15 minutes, but no staff came, and the room was removed from the system. We were left for an hour in a dead-end street, after being verbally harassed and spoken to rudely and threateningly by the owner. I don’t recommend this property. The owner is rude.

Ali was a welcoming host, the location was great for getting from the airport and into town, and breakfast on the roof was fantastic. The riad is a beautiful hidden gem, with very clean, comfortable rooms. The hot tub water felt too chemical for us to use, and I’d have liked more vegan breakfast choices. Our double bed was two single beds put together, which wasn’t very comfortable. Even so, I would stay again.

Ali was helpful with anything we needed, and the pool was lovely for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was great too. We had beautiful rooms, and this was one of the better places my husband stayed during our whole trip. I highly recommend it!

Salah welcomed me at Riad MarrakChill and helped arrange whatever I needed. The spacious room had a connected living area where I could work comfortably, and the patio pool was a relaxing place to unwind. Laila’s cooking was delicious. I also enjoyed the massage and hammam service. The rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi were lovely for a drink, and Salah offered to show me around when I went out walking. It was a peaceful, really nice stay, and I’ll come back on my next trip to Marrakech.
