The included breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, and it was relaxing to sit by the pool and read. There are plenty of couches in the common areas where you can unwind outside your room. The staff were excellent, and they called a private car to take me to the train station for a really good price. You can walk to everything, with great places to eat nearby. The riad is down a long alley, which might feel scary for a woman travelling alone, but I’m sure the staff would walk you through if you called and asked. My room was very clean and on the ground floor. The walls are thin, so light sleepers may want to ask for a room on a higher level. The shower pressure was great and the water actually got hot, unlike hotels that limit the temperature.

The rooftop is a lovely place for breakfast each morning, with great views and all the charm of a traditional riad. It also has a hot tub and small pool. Elegancia Riad is in the heart of Marrakech, a magical place with a lot of atmosphere and charm. The service was excellent from the front desk through breakfast, and the rooms are clean and have all the amenities. The walls, though, are paper thin. I'd recommend the riad for its charm, location, and great service.

We were glad we found Elegancia Riad Boutique & Spa after another hotel mishandled our reservation and we booked this place at the last minute. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The riad is beautiful and has a charming, relaxing atmosphere, and the rooftop pool was a highlight and a lovely place to unwind. The staff welcomed us warmly and were attentive, making us feel at home right from arrival. The location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Riad Elegancia was such a gem. It's conveniently located for exploring the area, and the place has a stylish, intimate boutique feel, with stunning, carefully chosen décor. The staff were generous, attentive, and dependable, going above and beyond to make the stay smooth. The massages were fabulous, a truly relaxing and luxurious treat.
