Riad Eloise

We were about five minutes from one of the entrances to the old bazaar, and the hotel itself was beautiful, with Moroccan-style design throughout. Our Blue Room was spacious, comfortable, and decorated in a lovely traditional style. Youssef and his colleague Adel, or abdol if I haven’t got his name right, gave us very useful information as soon as we arrived. The whole staff was reliable and kind, and the rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast was excellent, made by the women in the kitchen. The only slight bother was hearing the call to prayer very early, though I don’t think that was the hotel’s fault. Thank you for the lovely memories in morroco, and thank you, Alain 🙌.

Getting around Marrakech and taking trips beyond the city was much easier with Alun, Yousef, and Abdel helping us. They were attentive and extremely helpful throughout. The Riad Eloise is a comfortable, friendly, peaceful little oasis, tucked away in the city. We enjoyed our stay so much, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We felt safe at Riad Eloise, and the narrow lanes just outside gave us an unforgettable taste of Morocco. The traditional breakfast was lovely, and I especially enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Abdel, Yousef, Latifah, Malika, and Zheur were always attentive and ready to help with what we needed each day. The owner and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. Alain, Yusef, and the rest of the team made us feel so comfortable and were welcoming and helpful throughout. The rooms are really nice, and breakfast was good too. This beautiful riad is well placed, with just about everywhere in Marrakech within walking distance. I’d thoroughly recommend it for a safe, stress-free trip. Thank you!
