The location and property looked nothing like the online photos, and the surrounding streets were dirty and uncomfortable. At the entrance, a drunk man who couldn't speak English answered the door, then put someone else on the phone who demanded 400 Moroccan dirhams. After taking the money, they said there was no room, despite my advance booking and payment. They put me in a taxi and sent me to another hotel without asking. The staff there were rude and unhelpful too. Booking.com had to move my reservation elsewhere. The manager was dismissive and rude when I spoke to him, and seemed not to care about the situation or customer service. I never stayed at this property, but was still charged 400 dirhams for something I didn't use. The misleading advertising and poor, unprofessional handling made the whole experience extremely disappointing and stressful. I'd rate it 0/10 and strongly advise travelers to stay away.

They charged us for breakfast but never served it. There was no toilet paper or towels either.

It's a basic Riad, but clean, comfortable, friendly, and priced accordingly rather than as a luxury stay. The Medina is easy to explore from here: the main square is a ten-minute walk through the souk, with museums, gardens, and shops also easy to reach. We spent seven nights and were very happy. The room was small, though the bed was large and comfortable. It was cleaned daily, fresh towels came each day, and the linen was changed once. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The two men managing the Riad speak several languages and do what they can to make your stay pleasant. Everyone we met on staff was polite and friendly.

The hotel is close to lots of well-known places, and I really liked my room. It was nicely presented. The people there are a 10, especially the two ladies who go out of their way to help your holiday go well. Honda and sister are amazing. I love this place and will be back soon.

I really liked having a room up on the roof, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was good. They're well qualified and speak several languages to help guests. Breakfast was very nice, made by a staff member early in the morning before I left for my excursion. It's near town and easy to get around from there. I strongly recommend staying. Don't pay attention to the review.
