The bed was great to sleep in, and our room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was delicious too, with all sorts of bread and pastries, good coffee, and the best orange juice we'd had in a while. The staff's warmth made this a really pleasant stay. We're especially grateful to Mr. Abdel, who was generous with his help on our first night when our luggage went missing. He also suggested things to do and places to shop, and even offered to do our laundry for free. Hayati Riad is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions in the medina. The only little snag was wifi that sometimes ran slowly or dropped, but we came to relax and disconnect anyway. I'd highly recommend this warm, peaceful riad.

We came as two adults with our 2-year-old and stayed two nights over New Year’s in the Deluxe Suite. The host was so kind, attentive, and helpful, and the location is excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. It has two floors, which was a very minor inconvenience for us. Breakfast was very good. You can also request a traditional dinner, freshly made each day to suit guests' preferences. Highly recommended.

Abdel was the heart of our stay. He shared his knowledge and time so generously, showed us how to negotiate in the souks, pointed out good local restaurants, and welcomed us back from our long walks with fresh tea and a smile. Each morning, the table had rose petals, and fresh fruit was waiting for us when we returned. When it was time to leave, he came along and waited with us for our taxi. The riad feels serene, full of character, and impeccably clean, in a very safe spot just steps from the main sights. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home to family rather than checking into a hotel. I can't imagine making a better choice for Marrakesh. If you're after genuine care and a place with heart and soul, this is it.

The courtyard, with birds flying overhead, gave the place such a peaceful feel. The riad itself is simple but lovely, tucked in a quiet alley only a few minutes' walk from the lively medina. My room was roomy and comfortable. Abdel's kindness made the stay especially memorable. He was respectful and thoughtful, and as a solo woman traveler I appreciated that he even texted to check on me when I got back late one night. There was kindness in both the people and the atmosphere, and I loved staying here.

We got the largest room on the top floor, with access to the roof, and it was everything I expected and more. This was a calm, quiet oasis in the middle of Marrakesh. Abdel was friendly, polite, and helpful, and the whole place was tidy, clean, and nicely decorated. It's also well placed for visiting the nearby palaces. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
