Mourad deserves a special mention. He's an absolute star, and if everyone in hospitality were like him, the world would be a much better place. The staff here are what make this riad special, always smiling and ready to help. It's a lovely, surprisingly peaceful hotel even with the medina's bustle right outside. The rooms feel modern and quirky, though that style may not suit everyone. The bathrooms are basically open plan, so people in the room can hear your “business,” but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. You can walk to most major sights and some great restaurants. After dodging motorbikes and pushy sellers on the noisy streets, it feels good to return to the quiet and get such friendly service.

Murad was especially helpful, arranging our excursions and a taxi to the new town. We had a great stay at Riad Houma, 10/10 for the lovely building, perfect location, and wonderful hospitality from all the staff. The terrace hot tub was lovely to use later in the evening, and they also offer a nice traditional in-house Hamman. Definitely recommend it.

The riad is a clean, friendly place to stay near the medina, with the main sights within walking distance. The staff made us feel welcome, and special thanks to Mohammed Amine for his hospitality and help with the parking fees and breakfast. Thanks as well to Mourad. I'd recommend it for a warm, clean stay close to the medina.

The staff are the best part of this riad. They made us feel at home and went out of their way for us. Breakfast was fresh, homemade, and fantastic. We spent three nights here. The rooms were a little too small for us, though I really liked their modern design. The riad is beautiful, with modern rooms, and sits in a quiet alley about a 10-minute walk from the main square. There's lots of shopping nearby. Definitely recommend.
