Riad Itrane

The Riad was peaceful and romantic, with beautiful, clean rooms and a really tasty breakfast. My partner and I had an amazing holiday here. The staff were welcoming and always helpful, and they gave us lots of useful advice at any hour. They can also arrange airport transfers. Highly recommend.

The people are what I’ll remember most about Itrane. They were so accommodating, even going the extra mile to serve us a late dinner. The food was 10/10, and breakfast was a real treat. I’d love to come back in spring and use the pool. It really felt like an oasis of wellness. The spa was great too. My massage was spot on, and I loved the hammam. I hadn’t realized that a couple’s massage couldn’t happen at the same time because there’s only one massage bed, but that was fine for us. One small thing: the bathroom floor was quite cold in December, so slippers would have been a nice extra. One night was pretty loud because of a noisy couple, which wasn’t the riad’s fault. Let’s all be respectful of shared spaces and the people working to make our stay good.

Riad Itrane is full of Moroccan character, with lovely tilework, carved wood, and traditional details alongside modern comforts. Each room has its own decor and authentic touches, and the courtyards, terraces, and peaceful pool area make the place feel special. The whole property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. What made the stay stand out just as much was the staff. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel cared for. They shared helpful local advice, arranged tour guides, and served a delicious Moroccan breakfast each morning. We felt welcomed like family, while still getting professional service. We loved this blend of artistry, warmth, and hospitality. It felt like a real experience of Moroccan beauty and soul, and we can’t wait to return.

The location took a little effort to find, so I’d suggest arranging an airport transfer to help you get there. Once there, we found the area safe and well lit at night. Even though we arrived after 10pm, they still served us dinner, which was excellent and among our best meals in Marrakech. At first we thought it was pricey, but meals of similar quality in the Medina cost more. We loved the stay. Our room was spacious, and the toiletries provided were excellent.
