The location worked really well, with the Jamaa Al fnaa right outside, lots of market stalls and food nearby, and just a 7-10 minute walk to the masjid. Everything is easy to reach on foot. The employees were very nice and gave us helpful recommendations and travel tips. They even let us leave our luggage in the lobby after checkout so we could explore a little longer before leaving the city. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water, even for a longer shower. Breakfast wasn't bad, though it was mostly bread, and something more filling with protein would be nice. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel is very good and right next to the Unsleeping Square, with excellent overall condition. In winter the room gets cold because the air conditioning doesn't heat well. A power outage in the morning woke me up shivering, though electricity came back around six o'clock.

Getting here with luggage meant walking, which was difficult, especially at night as it was for us. Taxis can't reach the riad because of the Medina's narrow streets and passages. Still, we loved the riad experience: a cosy, pleasant, family-like atmosphere, excellent service, and very clean rooms, though they were somewhat small. A great place for spending a few days in the Medina of Marrakech.

We only stopped by to look inside for about 10 minutes. The riad looked beautiful from what we saw. It's in the middle of the old Center and souk, with a small, very cosy garden. I can't say anything about the services.

The room had plenty of space and modern facilities, while still keeping that traditional Riad look. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was filling and really tasty. We also booked a private hammam and massage at the Riad, both of which I’d recommend. It’s only about a 2-3 minute walk from Jemaa El Fna, which made it a great base for Marrakesh.
