Asma made us feel as though family were looking after us, both at the riad and while we were out in Marrakech. She was a wonderful hostess and took such warm care of us. The rest of the team were attentive, kind, and always ready to help too. Les Palmiers de la Médina is charming and comfortable, with a superb location for exploring the city. Breakfast was consistently good. The people are what made the stay especially memorable.

It’s quiet at night, like a little oasis in the north of the Medina, and everything was clean. The rooms aren’t especially big, but you’re mostly there to sleep anyway. Breakfast and dinner were both nice and reasonably priced. This is a lovely, smaller Riad with a real focus on guests. Karim and Esma are so friendly that it quickly feels like family.

Karim was a warm, friendly and funny host, the room was clean, and the breakfast from our great chef was superb. The set-up is magnificent and the location is really good, close to the Medina. We did have some fun trying to find Riad Les Palmiers de la Medina when we first arrived in February 2026, but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it for a trip.

The only drawback was that the Riat was a little hard to find at first. Otherwise, everything was great: spacious rooms, excellent service, superb breakfast, and quick, polite answers to every question. I can’t understand some of the earlier reviews. The Riat was fantastic, and I’d recommend booking the hammam package with massage.

Karim was a brilliant host, so welcoming, friendly, and funny. The room was top quality, and the setting is beautiful in a really good location. We had a lovely stay at Riad Les Palmiers de la Medina and would highly recommend it for a trip.
